Amatérský klub does not accept the following items for return: gift certificates, fabric swatches, fabric cut-offs, art collections, cots.

Amatérský klub does not accept returns or cancellations of the following items: custom orders or items made from the customer’s own material.

Additional Details
Returns are made in the original form of payment at the price of the item minus applicable return shipping charges. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing after receiving the item in our shop. Return times may depend on your financial institution’s policy (if you are a company) and payment method.

Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Unused gifted merchandise can only be returned by the direct purchaser.

It is the customer’s responsibility to retain original packaging or provide their own equivalent packaging for return.

Items received outside of postal deadlines will be returned to sender.
